Salon Policies


Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may reschedule or truncate (ie. not be able to complete drying or styling) to be on time for my other guests. 10 minutes may not seem like much but if 3 guests arrive 10 minutes late, my next guest is left waiting for half an hour. 


Due to the Covid 10 Pandemic, I will waive late cancellation fees so that you can feel comfortable calling to cancel if you are symptomatic or feeling ill the day of your appointment.


It is easy to forget an appointment made weeks ago, so reminders are sent 24 hours in advance. Because I reserve that time for you, declining other requests, a cancellation fee of $20 per service scheduled will apply to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. No call/no show appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the service total to be paid before further appointments can be made. 

Habitual Offenders will be required to make a non-refundable 50% deposit to book any further appointments. This deposit will be applied to the cost of service if the appointment is kept but will be forfeit if the appointment is not honored.

Refund Policy

It is my sincere aim to have a satisfied guest with every appointment but it is well noted that you can't please all of the people all of the time. I am happy to make any needed adjustments that align with our original consultation if notified within 1 week of service. That said, services are unlike goods which can be returned in exchange for a refund. Time and product used in your service can not be returned. Therefore, I do not offer refunds for services rendered.
